Day 1: Departure from Marrakech to Aït Benhaddou and the Dades Gorges


On the first day, your private driver will begin visiting these towns and sites.

Continue your journey to Aït Benhaddou (walk with your driver around the kasbah).
Your journey to the City of Roses (Kelaa M'gouna). This town is famous for its roses and its annual Rose Festival, which takes place in spring.

Passing through the Azrou Monkey Forest,
a charming town located in the Middle Atlas Mountains.
After your visit to Azrou, head back to Fez.

Is camel riding safe for beginners? Yes, it is safe. The camels are well-trained, and a professional guide leads the trek. The ride to camp usually lasts about 1–1.5 hours.
